They will be telling us to stop arresting people for non violent offences next.

FPNs are the answer everybody its a PI and not much paperwork or time!!!
How much would the FPN be for say GBH or RAPE?

now thats the biggest laugh i have ever heard of. much funnier than the time i got my arm broken by some drugged up CRO who was then given a DTTO as punishment......
